Inspired by Japan’s Solo Katsu philosophy, it invites diners to enjoy a multi-course menu in solitude, seated at the open kitchen with just eight spots available each Saturday. Expect sushi, sashimi, Wagyu fried rice and more, with three beverage pairings to choose from. No small talk, just good food.
